Annette Gorelick, LEED AP O+M

Annette Gorelick is Founder and President of G4 Green Connections and a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in the sustainable operations and maintenance of commercial buildings.  Annette has ten years experience in commercial real estate in the metro Atlanta marketplace, primarily as a service provider for landscape installation and maintenance.  In addition to her landscape focus, Annette has assisted clients with “greening” their facilities and earning credits towards LEED certification projects since 2008.  Annette is a Board member of the Atlanta chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and is a member of the Atlanta branch of the Georgia chapter of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).  Annette is the 2009 recipient of the International Facility Management Association Award for Outstanding Associate Member - Atlanta chapter.

 

Annette’s past client list includes companies such as Carter Management, CB Richard Ellis, Colonial Properties, Cousins Properties, Fifth Street Management, Grubb and Ellis, Jones, Lang, LaSalle, and Prologis.  Previous positions were with KH Consulting, MCI Telecommunications, TRW Information Services and GTE, all in Southern California.  Additionally, Annette has been involved in the local community through her volunteer work in Fulton county public schools, Boy and Girl Scouts, and local charitable organizations including Hillside Hospital of Atlanta and Our House of Georgia.

Annette holds an MA degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism, and a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.


Ira Gorelick

Ira Gorelick is a career educator and telecommunications professional.  Ira has worked in the telecommunications industry for thirty-one years, primarily with GTE and Verizon Wireless.  His telecommunications industry expertise includes wireless data, intelligent network planning, fraud prevention and strategy, product management, and training.

Additionally, Ira has been working in adult education for twenty-five years, as an instructor for Chapman College, and a faculty member at the University of Phoenix and Keller Graduate School.  Ira currently teaches in the Masters of Telecommunications Management program at Keller Graduate School.

Ira holds an MA degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism, and a BA degree in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Ira served in the United States Army from 1969-1971 and has lived abroad in Germany and Greece.
